If you choose to work with me, my process is very simple.

  1. After your transcript has been scoped and is nearly turn-in ready, please email me the transcript in PDF form. I will only accept files in PDF form. If you need assistance converting a document into PDF form, please refer to the Client Resources page.
  2. Once you send me the transcript, I will notify you that I have accepted the transcript and when you can expect to get it back.
  3. If there are any issues with the transcript, i.e. it is very messy, or extremely technical, I will reach out to you to discuss how to proceed.
  4. Once your transcript has been proofed, I will send you just the annotated pages (unless you prefer to receive the entire transcript).
  5. First-time clients will be billed immediately following receipt of the transcript. Returning clients will be billed on the 1st of the month via email. Payment is expected within 10 days of receipt of the invoice. Late payments will incur a 10% late fee.
